Notice is given that bm caterers has applied to The City of Salford for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Premises licence - Lic Act 2003 for BM Caterers, has been received by Salford City Council on 11th April 2025.
The application is now under consultation with the responsible bodies and also for any interested bodies to raise any relevant representation.
The consultation period is 28 days.
The Licensable activities are:
Sale of alcohol by retail - Monday to Friday
varied times throughout the year.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications.
Representations must be received no later than 09 / 05 / 2025

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
