Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence Under
The Licensing Act 2003:

Caher Ltd has applied to vary the layout, extend hours, add off sales, add live music at Nancy Spains, 21 Hilton ST, M1 1JJ. 

Finish times (all activities): midnight Sun to Tues, 11pm to 3am Weds to Sat. Close time half an hour later.

Start times: Opening 6am, recorded music 7.30am, alcohol 9am (off sales 10am). 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532 M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.  

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 12/05/25. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

To do so could result in an unlimited fine
