LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that One Pound Lane Ltd of 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, CT1 3DN has applied to Canterbury City Council for the GRANT of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Felons Coffeehouse situated at 28-30 St Peter’s Street, Canterbury, CT1 2BQ.

The licensable activities proposed to be carried out at the premises is the playing of recorded music Sun-Thur 07:00-23:30 and Fri-Sat 07:00-00:00, the provision of late night refreshment Sun-Thur 23:00-23:30 and Fri-Sat 23:00-00:00, and the sale or supply of alcohol on and off the premises Sun-Thur 10:00-23:30 and Fri-Sat 10:00-00:00.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
