What is proposed?

The Licensing Act 2003

(Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005


Notice is hereby given that: I Mr Hakan Araz have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a NEW Premises Licence for the Premises known as Euro Food Centre, 19-23 Bilton Way Luton LU1 1UU.  I intend to conduct from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol consumption OFF the premise Sunday to Thursday 8:00 to 23:00 Friday and Saturday 8:00 to 00:00 Opening Hours Sunday to Thursday 8:00 to 23:00 Friday and Saturday 8:00 to 00:00 Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Luton Borough Council Town Hall George Street Luton LU1 2BQ or licensing@luton.gov.uk by not later than 5th May 2025. For full details and to view a copy of the application please contact the Licensing General Section. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
