Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Lotus Restaurants Group Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Little Lotus, 3 Sunningdale Drive, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees TS16 9JR The application is to add off-sales as a licensable activity between the hours of 12:00-21:00 Monday to Sunday.

To remove the condition no deliveries shall be taken at or dispatched from the site outside the hours of 08:00 and 19:00”. To amend the opening hours to 12:00-00:30 Monday to Saturday and 12:00-24:00 on Sundays. Additional conditions will apply. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to The Licensing Service Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thomaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6BJ Or by to email licensing@stockton.gov.uk by midnight on 06 May 2025.

The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or www.stocIcton.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
