What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

Mr Jason Smith is applying for a variation to the current license at Forage Food Hall, Coppice Lane, Middleton, Tamworth, Staffordshire B782BU.

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of Alcohol for retail and consumption on and off the premises at the address listed above to include the new proposed areas.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, except on Bank Holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the Standard Scale.
