NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th April 2025 Big Fang Birmingham Ltd applied to Birmingham City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Golf Fang & Birdies Bar, 42 Heath Mill Lane, Birmingham B9 4AR. The proposed variation is ;- To amend the plan that attaches to the premises licence in accordance with the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority, namely to unite the two venues Birdies and Golf Fang into a large entertainment venue under the Golf Fang branding, creating a larger licensed area.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- licensing@ birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ no later than 7th May 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Birmingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov. uk/licensing It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
