What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

S Begum has applied for a premises licence at Riverside News, 135a Sefton St, Liverpool L8 5SN to sell alcohol (consumption off the premises) 0700-0000 hrs, and late night refreshment to 0000 hrs daily. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L13 1AH Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR. Any person may make written representations to the Licensing Authority by 7/5/2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
