Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that on 9th April 2025 an application has been made to the West Suffolk Licensing Authority under the Licensing Act 2003 by Lanwades Hall LLP for: Lanwades Hall, Lanwades Park, Kentford, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 7UA.
Details of the application are to authorise as follows: Films, Live Music, Plays, Performance of Dance, Recorded Music and anything of a similar description, Mondays to Sundays 09:00 until 00:00. Sale of Alcohol, Mondays to Sundays 10:00 until 00:00 and Late Night Refreshment Mondays to Sundays 23:00 until 00:00 and such specific dates and times as set out in the application.
All on such terms and conditions as are proposed or as may be agreed. A copy of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at http://www.westsuffolk.gov.uk/licensing or in person at West Suffolk Council, West Suffolk
House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3YU (by appointment only).
A Responsible Authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to the above address or by e mail Licensing@westsuffolk.gov.uk on or before 7th May 2025 stating the grounds on which the representation is made. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing
Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of
children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application.
