NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Yuki Trading Limited has applied to Hackney Council on 3rd April 2025 to vary the premises licence at Arch 426, Reading Lane, London, E8 1DS. The application proposes to vary the operating schedule of conditions to allow the supply of alcohol to up to 12 seated customers outside the premises until 8pm on Sundays and 9pm on Mondays to Saturdays. The application does not propose any other changes to the existing conditions, licensable activities or permitted hours as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY to be received by no later than 1st May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website http://www.hackney.gov.uk/ or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
