What is proposed?

Application to vary premise licence under licensing act 2003

I Josef Belak have applied to vary a premise licence for the premises known as JDS Club 8 Stocks Street Manchester M8 8QG.

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place:

The on and off sale of alcohol by retail

Monday to Thursday 13.00 until 21.30 Friday and Saturday 18.00 until 03.30 Sunday 18.00 to 02.30

Regulated Entertainment Friday and Saturday 23.00 to 03.30 Sunday 23.00 to 02.30

Any objections should be made in writing no later than 6th of May 2025 to: Manchester City Council Licensing Unit Level 2 Town Hall Extension PO BOX 532 Manchester M60 2LA.

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum which is unlimited on summary conviction
