Notice is hereby given that Shelley Ann Parsells has made an application to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence.
The application is in respect of Pirate Café, Amroth SA67 8NF and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on the council’s website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
The application relates to the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises.
Representations in respect of the application must be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk. Those representations must be made in writing by 7th May 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
