What is proposed?

RHONDDA CYNON TAF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by Edwards Coaches Limited to the Licensing Authority for Rhondda Cynon Taf for the grant of a Premises Licence for hosting an Open Day event at Parc Busnes Edwards, Llantrisant, CF72 8QZ on Sunday 3rd August 2025, between the hours of 10:00 - 16:00. 

The application includes proposals to sell alcohol by retail and to provide regulated entertainment.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, at Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY. Licensing. Section@rctcbc.gov.uk. Telephone - 01443 425001.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 10.04.2025 and 10.05.2025. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax) by 11th May 2025.

lt is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine of conviction is £5000.
