Notice is hereby given that: The Cellar Door Wine Bars Ltd have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for: 427 Bury New Road Prestwich M25 1AF
to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours:
Wednesday 15:00 to 23:00
Thursday 15:00 to 23:00
Friday 12:00 to 23:00
Saturday 12:00 to 23:00
Sunday 12:00 to 20:00

New Year’s Eve 12:00 to 01:00 (New Year’s Day) and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Provision of live music, Provision of recorded music:

New Year’s Eve 12:00 to 01:00 (New Year’s Day)
Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 28th April 2025
