What is proposed?

Application for the Alteration of a Premises License

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wing Fest Ltd, have applied to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG for an alteration to the premises license in respect of the premises known as Waterfront Square and the surrounding area of Lloyds Amphitheatre, Bristol, BS1 5LL.

The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday - Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk.

Details of alteration include the following activities between the given times: Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, live music, recorded music and regulated entertainment on Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September 2025 between 11:00 and 23:00; this is an annual event to be held over three days per annum on these premises in subsequent years.

Axe throwing activity to remain open until 22:00 each day.

Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by Wednesday 7th May. Such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team(100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
