New Grant of Premises Licence

Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Plymouth City Council on 8 April 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, 2 Old Town Street Plymouth PL1 1DP for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Mon-Sun 10:00 to midnight (2) late night refreshment: Mon-Sun 23:00 to midnight (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.

Any representations to this application should be made in writing to: Office of the Director of Public Health, Head of Public Protection Service, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ. or electronically to: licensing@plymouth.gov.uk (For electronic representations please provide your postal address). NOT LATER THAN 6 May 2025. A copy of this application can be viewed at the licensing office in office hours by appointment (01752 304141) or at the Council’s website – www.plymouth.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
