What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Seaham Park Sporting Club has
applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of
premises known as the Seaham Park Sporting Club,
Pavilion Stockton Road, Seaham SR7 0HX. The variation
proposed is to amend the opening hours to 8am and the sale
of alcohol hours to midday daily; to amend the licensing
plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies
this application; to add off sales; to amend the licensing
conditions to remove/amend those conditions duplicated by
primary legislation and/or considered no longer appropriate
or necessary. Any person wishing to make representations
in relation to this application may do so by writing to
Durham County Council, Licensing Services, Community
Protection, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ or to
not later than 5 May 2025.
Representations received after this date cannot be
considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at
Durham County Council, Licensing Services, Annand
House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7
8RS during normal office hours, Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, by
appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with this application, the maximum
fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
