What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

The Dubliners Pub Ltd have applied to Warrington Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new premises licence at The Dubliners Pub, 106a Old Market Place, Warrington WA1 1QB for alcohol sales, indoor sporting events and regulated entertainment 0900-0100 hrs daily, and late night refreshment to 0100 hrs daily. Licensable activities until 0200 hrs on named special days.

Any person wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annex, Sankey Street WA1 2BH by 29/4/25. The application can be inspected during normal office hours at the above address and on the Council website.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5000.
