Runcorn Road, Moore - Variation of Premises Licensing

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Red Lion Inn Runcorn Road Moore Warrington WA4 6UD.

The variation proposed is as follows:- Application is made to:-

1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies the application and to permit the sale of alcohol from an external bar servery.

2. Remove the provision of facilities for dancing and making music as these are no longer licensable activities.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Halton Borough Council Municipal Building, Kingsway, Widnes WA8 7QF www.halton.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Halton Borough Council Licensing Authority on 01/04/2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Halton Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 29/04/2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
