We, Hotel Chocolat Retail Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied on 2 April 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Hotel Chocolat, 128 High Street, Winchester SO23 9AX. The application is for: Sale by Retail of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 07:30 to 21:00 for consumption ON and OFF the premises Hours Open to the Public Monday to Sunday 07:30 to 21:00.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 30th April 2025, details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine which is unlimited.
