We Tesco Stores Limited of Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1GA apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Tesco Express, 141 Blandford Road, Poole, BH15 4AT.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 04/04/2025 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for:

• The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00
• The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 SEA or email licensing@hcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 02/05/2025. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Ad 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
