NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Hannells Ltd has applied for a Premises Licence in respect Eyes Meadow, Donald Hawley Way, Duffield, Derbyshire DE56 4BA. It is proposed as follows:-Application is made for one weekend for films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol between the hours of 17.00 and 23.00 for an outdoor festival in aid of charity on Friday 20 June and 18.00 and 00.00 on Saturday 21 June for a ball in a marquee in aid of charity.Application is also made for late night refreshment between the hours of 23.00 and 00.00 Saturday 21 June.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority, Amber Valley Borough Council Town Hall, Market Place Ripley DE5 3XE www.ambervalley.gov.uk between normal office hours. This application was lodged withAmber Valley Borough Council on 04.04.2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Amber Valley Borough Council at the above address no later than 02.05.2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
