Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises
Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for
the grant of a Premises Licence for The Angel (formerly
Sant Angelo Italian Restaurant), High Street, Wetherby,
LS22 6LT. The application is to provide the following
licensable activities: 1. Sale of Alcohol between 0900 and
0000 Sunday to Wednesday and 0900 to 0100 Thursday to
Saturday. Alcohol sold for consumption on and off the
premises. 2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and
0000 Sunday to Wednesday and 2300 to 0100 Thursday to
Saturday. Activity will take place both indoors and
outdoors. 3. Extensions to the above hours are sought for
certain non- standard days, details of which are contained
in the notice of application. Responsible authorities or any
other person may make written representations to Leeds
City Council about this application until Monday, 28th
April 2025 which should be sent to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
