APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Fifty Five Farthingston
Ltd has applied to West Northamptonshire Council
on 04 April 2025 for the grant of a premises licence
to use the premises at Farthingstone Hotel,
Everdon Road, Farthingstone, Towcester, NN12
8HA for the provision of regulated entertainment
(Plays; Films; Dance; Live & Recorded Music; and
Anything similar), the provision of late night
refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol,
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 01:00 and 24/7 for
hotel residents and their guests, as more
particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: The Licensing Team, West
Northamptonshire Council, The Guildhall, St Gile’s
Square, Northampton, NN1 1DA or by email to:

to be
received by no later than 02 May 2025 stating the
grounds for making said representation.

Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
