The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary
the premises licence for the above premises as follows: 1.
To extend the sale of alcohol to between the hours of 0900
and 2400 daily for consumption on & off the premises. 2.
To allow for the provision of music between the hours of
2300 and 0200 on New Year’s Eve. Any person or
responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act
2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority
no later than 1 May 2025. Any representations made to the
Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above

licensing@derbyshiredales.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
