What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Welcome Break Group Limited
has applied in respect of Welcome Break Hickling, (Land
at Junction of A606 Widmerpool and Fosse Way) Melton
Road, Hickling Pastures, Melton Mowbray, LE14 3QG for
the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act
2003 to permit the following: Opening Hours Mon – Sun
24 hours. Sale of Alcohol (on and off sales) Mon – Sun 24
hours. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) Mon
– Sun 23:00 – 05:00. For a full list of proposed operating
conditions please refer to the application using the details
below. Representations to this application must be made in
writing, by the end of 30 April 2025, to the Rushcliffe
Borough Council Licensing Authority at Rushcliffe
Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham,
NG2 7YG where the register of licensing applications
can be inspected during office hours and/or by
