NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Cheltenham Borough Council on 3rd April 2025 for a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 374 Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, GL51 7AY for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises. Full details are included in the application held at Cheltenham Borough Council. The application has been made to :- Cheltenham Borough Council, Licensing Team, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Glos. GL50 9SA. E-mail : licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk

The application can be inspected at the Council’s offices from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Any person wishing to make representations about this application may do so in writing to the above address or via e-mail to licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk no later than 1st May 2025.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
