Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is given that Rockwater Sandbanks & Branksome Ltd has applied to BCP Council to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Sandbanks Beach Café & Kiosks, Banks Road, Poole, BH13 7QQ

The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times: The Supply of Alcohol (Off Sales) from East Kiosk (Pizza Shack) from 11:00 to 21:00 daily. The licence plan will be updated to include this kiosk.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 30/04/2025.

The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
