What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that PORTISBAR LTD has applied for a premises licence to North Somerset Council in relation to The Settle Inn, 46 High Street, Portishead, Bristol BS20 6EL to permit the provision of the following licensable activities.

Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs.

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1UJ or by email: licensing@n-somerset.gov.uk

Such written representation must be received by 29/04/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
