What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
MAX NORTHERN LTD applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 1ST April 2025 for a license to use the premises at 402 LEEDS ROAD, BRADFORD, BD3 9QX for provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23.00 and 03.00, Monday to Sunday.
Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU by 28th April 2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 9.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
