APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for :
WOLVERHAMPTON RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL CLUB LTD Castlecroft Road, Wolverhampton , WV3 8NA
So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:

SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL Live, Recorded Music & Performance of Dance
Monday to Sunday 9am to 11pm
EXHIBITION OF FILMS, Monday to Sunday 9am to 11pm

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 1st May 2025.
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
