What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence at Kartoos, Unit 3, Twigworth Local Centre, GL2 9PG

Notice is hereby given that Indian Food Palace Limited applied on 04 April 2025 to Tewkesbury Council for the grant of a premises licence for the sale of alcohol from 08:00 to 23:00 Every Day (for consumption on and off the premises). 

The premises, known as Kartoos, is situated at Unit 3, Twigworth Local Centre, GL2 9SB.

Any responsible authority or other person who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to, Licensing Team, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT, where the licensing register and application record may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours.

Representations in relation to the application from responsible authorities or other persons must be made no later than 01 May 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
