We, Blue Rider Group Limited do hereby give notice that on 02 April 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at 3-4 Birdwood Court, Totnes, TQ9 5SG.
The application is for:
- Plays Indoors Monday-Sunday 11:00-17:00.
- Films Indoors Monday -Sunday 11:00-17:00.
- Live Music Indoors Monday-Sunday 11:00-17:00.
- Recorded Music Indoors Monday-Sunday 07:00-17:00.
- Performance of Dance Indoors Monday-Sunday 10:00-17:00.
- Supply of Alcohol On premises Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 16:30.
- Opening Times Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 17:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Borough Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk.
Representations must be received NO LATER than 30 April 2025.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
