NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Everton Football Club Co Limited has applied for a Variation of the PREMISES LICENCE for: Everton Football Club, Goodison Park, Goodison Road, Liverpool, Merseyside L4 4EL

The variation is to request that certain non-standard timings be amended on the occasion of the final home Premier League game of 2024/2025 season to permit the sale of alcohol from concourse bars and the playing of incidental music in the period of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the end of the game. No other change is proposed.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it at liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations Alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a callback for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 30th April 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
