Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Star Inn, Newbury Road, Kingsclere, Newbury, RG20 4SY applied to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: 1.To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant (including reconfiguration of kitchen area creating small extension to trade area), such variation to have effect upon the completion of the works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing. 2.To remove a duplicate condition from the Premises Licence regarding irresponsible drinks promotions.
