What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

An application for a variation to a premises licence has been made by TAG Farnborough Enterprises (no2) Limited relating to The Swan Hotel, 91 Farnborough Road, Farnborough GU14 6TL. 

The application seeks to vary a condition on the premises licence - Annex 2, condition 10 to ‘low volume recorded music may be played through a speaker located in the rear patio garden. The speak must be positioned and volume controlled to ensure that it does not cause a nuisance to near by residents’ . 

A record of the application on the licensing register may be inspected at the offices of the licensing authority c/o Rushmoor Borough Council, Council Offices, Farnborough Road, Farnborough GU14 7JU; telephone: 01252 398855, website: www.rushmoor.gov.uk. 

Responsible authorities and other interested parties may make representations about the application to the licensing authority no later than 21st April 2025. 

All representations must be made in writing. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application; the fine for which is unlimited.
