What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Market Hall Cinema and Arts Trust has submitted an application to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for Variation of Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Market Hall Cinema, Market Square, Brynmawr, NP23 4AJ.

The proposed variation is to: Add licensable activities to current licence.

The application may be viewed between the hours of 9.00a.m and 5.00p.m on Monday to Friday at the Licensing Offices, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, General Office, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN Tel: 01495 369700 www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk

Representations in respect of the application can be submitted, in writing, or by email to licensing@blaenaugwent.gov.uk by 28th April 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
