What is proposed?
Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Blunsdon Arms One-Day Event Licence, Thamesdown Drive, Swindon, SN25 2NA.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Live Music, Recorded Music Performance of Dance and Entertainment of a Like Kind (all indoors and outdoors) 12:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday. Supply of Alcohol 12:00 – 21:00 (on & off sales) 12:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours 09:00 – 21:30 Monday to Sunday. Licensable activities authorised under this proposed premises licence shall take place on a single day once per year. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH or by email: licensing@swindon.gov.uk no later than 25 April 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
