South Road - Application for a New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE - Licensing Act 2003
JPQ One Ltd has applied to Ealing council for the grant of a new premises licence at Burger Shack, 8 South Road, Southall, Middlesex UB1 1RT to:
1. Allow the sale and supply of late-night refreshment (hot food and drink) from 23:00 until 04:00 the following day on Monday to Sunday;
2. Allow the premises to be open from 10:00 until 04:00 the following day on Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2HL. Tel: 020 8825 6655. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address not later than 28th April 2025. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the Standard Scale (unlimited), under Section 158 of The Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
