LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I. Mr Peter Gordon Green

Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: Jesters, 114-118 Bevols Valley Road, Southampton SO14 0JZ

The application is for variation of the premises licence as follows: Updated plan

Removal of outdated conditions

Increasing all current licensed activities/ Late Night

Refreshment/Supply by retail of alcohol to 1000 to 0300 each day

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16.:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/1a03register

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 27/03/2025 and 24/04/2025.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
