What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of application for
Variation of a Premises Licence

Marc Harper-Reynolds is applying for the variation
of a Premises Licence for The Lenbrook, 69 Lord
Street, Blackpool FY1 2BJ. If granted the
application will allow The Sale of Alcohol to the
public from 12:00 to 00:00 seven days a week,
Performance of Live Music (Friday & Saturday
between 23:00 and 00:00) and Playing of Recorded
Music (Thursday to Sunday between 23:00 and
00:00).
Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application must do so in writing,
including their address & telephone number by
28th April 2025 to Licensing Service, Blackpool
Council, Municipal Buildings, PO Box 4, Blackpool,
FY1 1NA. Tel. 01253 478572.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
a person doing so may be liable to a fine on
conviction of up to £5,000.
