What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Unit C1b to Unit 2b Orbital Shopping Centre, Haydon Sector II, Haydon Wick, Swindon SN25 4BG. The application includes the following terms:-

  1. Variation to change the internal layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority (store extension). Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor, Wat Tyler West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH during normal office hours or online email E&PLicensing@swindon.gov.uk

    A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 22 April 2025 (www.swindon.gov.uk)

    It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
