LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of KFC, Hengrove Leisure Park, Bristol, BS14 0HR.
For the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Hours and activities: Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 every day for customers, collecting or dining and from 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning every day for car and delivery collection only (no customer access). Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week.
After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/car drive through collection service only.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 25 April 2025, to Licensing Team(100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
