Section 34 - Variation Of A Premises Licence
Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Nottingham City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Nando’s, Showcase Cinema, Redfield Way, Lenton, Nottingham NG7 2UW.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority to include a small extension at the front of the premises.
All other aspects of the premises licence remain the same.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or via email at general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk any time up to and including 22nd April 2025 (www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
