What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of Oxford City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd Health and Fitness Club at Oxford Business Park North, Garsington Road, Cowley, Oxford, OX4 2JY. The application includes the following terms: 1. To approve layout changes to the premises principally including expansion of the licensed terrace area to include the new outdoor pool area and changes to the club room. 2. To permit the exhibition of films in internal licensed areas to match hours for the sale of alcohol. 3. To license the kids areas for the exhibition of films and recorded music – all aforementioned as per drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority and as further particularised in the application.
