APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of the KFC, Castlegate Drive, Dudley, DY1 4TB for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Hours and activities: Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 every day for customers, collecting or dining and from 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning every day for car and delivery collection only (no customer access).

Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/car drive through collection service only.
