Forbury Retail Park, Reading - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that SBR South Limited has applied to Reading Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as KFC, Unit 3, Forbury Retail Park, Forbury Road, Reading, RG1 3JD.

The proposed licensable activity and its hours are the provision of late-night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning 7 days a week by way of the service of hot food and drink through the drive thru facility only; the drive thru facility will be open during this time but not the restaurant itself.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU or by email sent to licensing@reading.gov.uk no later than 22nd April 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Reading Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.reading.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
