Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of the KFC Solstice Park Amesbury SP4 7SQ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Hours and activities: Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 every day for customers, collecting or dining and from 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning every day for car and delivery collection only (no customer access).
Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/car drive through collection service only.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority/Interested Party or other persons must be received in writing within 28 days of this notice, by email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN. End of Consultation 23 April 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
