What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

The Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, Carr House Drive, Newton Hall, Durham DH1 5LT when sale of alcohol may take place Monday to Saturday 08:00–23:00 and Sunday 10:00–22:30 to Monday to Sunday 06:00–23:00. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Durham County Council, EHCP (Licensing), PO Box 617 Durham DH1 9HZ OR Email to licensing@durham.gov.uk by midnight on 22 April 2025. The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or www.durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
