NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Karma Cans Limited has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 27th March 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 38-50 Pritchards Road, London, E2 9AP for the provision of late night refreshment Friday – Saturday 23:00 – 23:30, the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 23:00, Friday to Saturday 08:00 – 23:30 and Sunday 08:00 – 22:00. The premises will continue to operate as a corporate and events catering service specialising in healthy and sustainable food with ancillary dining and events room as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ to be received by no later than 24th April 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
